What it is
Codex Quota Overlay keeps your Codex Desktop quota and reset time visible in a click-through overlay, with an on-demand local Quota Center when you want detail. It is free and MIT licensed, and needs an existing ChatGPT-managed Codex sign-in. Windows installers ship today; macOS is source and CI validation only. It is an independent project, not affiliated with OpenAI.
