What it is
emit is an API-first service that turns web pages and changelogs into clean RSS feeds, then delivers any feed as an email newsletter, a Slack message or a JSON webhook to your own code. Every stage is a standard Atom or JSON Feed you can tap into. Making feeds is free with no card; delivery is pay per use from a $10 minimum top-up, at about $1.60 per thousand emails.
